QuickPad IR - How do I fix "Thesaurus signature found but extended flash chip U4 is missing or not working properly"? My pad was working fine and when I turned it on again I get this message. It stays on the screen for about 3 seconds and then the units goes off. I just put new batteries in it etc...and the same thing happens
