Hi,
i'd like to replace the build-in fan in my buffalo terastation ts-1.0tgl/r5 for a more silent one.
its a 80*80*25mm fan with a three-pin connector. from what i heard, it has to be adjustable.
can i just buy a silent fan with a three-pin connector or do i have to make sure that it has certain properties?

Just the fan, with 3 wires, as long as it has the 3 wires then you can adjust the speed... most fans do come with this 3 wires setup now adays
