R60 unit only runs for about 5 -10 secounds. Glow plug lights up, fan kicks in, fine mist sprays our of nozzle, then the glow plug goes out and it shuts off. Also has new Kerosene. What can i do to get it to run

Be sure to check the pressure at the back of the pump, it must be within about a half a psi to run
It shound like it could be a defective safety control or photocell, and possibly a loose wire. You can also check for restricted fuel flow--due to blocked nozzel, seal leak, or a filter needing to be replaced. You can go on www.desatech.com and they have service manuals that will help you step by step. I hope this helps!!
