It's your temperature sensor on the bottom of the radiator. If it's anything like mine that will be the problem. Also follow the connection from the temp. sensor to the top between your battery and the top of your radiator and make sure all is connected. If it is all connected try to disconnect it using that link right there(between your battery and the top of your radiator) and turn on your ignition(ACC) it should make your fan work. just follow cable from the bottom to the top and you will find a link to disconnect. At least you will know if it's the sensor or something else. Hope this helped
Dont know if I can solve this yet but will be able to. Is your fan turning on? 1 fan should turn on when gauge gets a little above halfway. both should turn on if AC is on. If not its a relay and/or sensor problem. If fan is working does it spray fluid when it overheats from around radiator cap or from overflow canister? If cap then either cap is bad or radiator is getting worn where cap connects. Could also be problem with cap if as engine cools fluid is not sucked back ouy of overflow resivoir.
The cap on the coolent reservoir may not be maintaining the correct pressure. It could also be a faulty thermostat or a defective drivebelt, hope this helps
I've been a mechanic for a little while and the only other thing i can think of is that your radiator core could be blocked, your grille could be restricted, or you have an electrical problem. Sorry I can't be sure without inspectionI've been a mechanic for a little while and the only other thing i can think of is that your radiator core could be blocked, your grille could be restricted, or you have an electrical problem.
