No, it's the Sirius Tuner. If it's 2 or so years old, there's a bad ground on the antenna port pc board. If your tuner is roughly 6"x6"x1" it's the one. The new tuners will not have this issue and are considerably better built. (DEI) is the manufacturer of the new unit. If you don't mind rebuilt, you can save 40 or 50 on a repaired tuner. The repaired tuners are very reliable since they upgraded the board with one that's durable. Hope this helps
