Ran leafblower without adding 2 cycle oil , it finally shut off but did not sieze. the motor tried to turn over the next day but wont start again

If you ran it without oil, the piston and/or cylinder is scored so badly it won't build enough compression to fire. A few of these are worth repairing but usually cheaper and easier to buy a new one.
