Report "Rancilio sylvia wont pump water through the head. Steam works, hot water works. not a problem with the overheat switch which i checked in case. No water comes through the brew head when the coffee switch is on even though there is a pump noise. I have another machine which is older on which i succesfully changed the pump but i thought that one made no noise when it broke. also this one is just over 1 year old so not sure why it has cut out. i use brita filtered water only. any input appreciated. i guess i may have to do the pump replacement again. if i remember correctly it is an actuator. once found a great site with part numbers and pictures of the install. any insight appreciated thx Olivier"
