Rascal Scooter charger blew twice is it caused by something else or do I just need a new charger. Someone fixed it and it worked 5 minutes
Charger quit with a noise while charging. Had it fixed and blew again after 5 minutes of use. What is the solution, could it be caused by the batteries?

It is posible the batteries are not installed with the right poles or there may be a short, but more lightly the charger is dud.
