Raymarine Chartplotter C-80 won't zoom in and out
The problem with our Raymarine chartplotter is that the normal function of the range control - zooming in and out - has stopped working. It froze up in extreme zoom in position.

We are hoping there may be a quick fix, for example, if it's a software issue which could be repaired by following a procedure of keystrokes. I am writing this question for a friend who is in the middle of a passage between Ecuador and Mexico. Thanks for your help. Kim
