I can definitely hear the clicking that I expect when trying to start it, but I can't visually confirm that there is a spark. Is there something more I should be checking?
Note: sometimes my clicking ends prematurely, especially when we have wet weather. Not sure if that's helpful, but thought I'd add it...

Check your electrode might be a crack on the pocelain and shorting out some where else instead of at the pilot area
Is the ignitor sparking when it clicks? If no spark then bad ignitor. Is gas flowing to pilot? If no gas then clogged line or bad pilot gas valve.
