Raypak RP2100 Model P0127NCO spa heater with a problem
I have a Raypak RP2100 Model P0127NCO spa heater with a problem. In the last few days the burner has started to cut out and then re-ignite. I have the thermostat set to 37 and when i switch the heater on the burner lights up fine but when it reaches around 30 the burner cuts out and then a few seconds later re-ignites? It then continues to do this. If i then switch the unit off and turn back on the burner re-ignites. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated..........

Cycling on/off like that can be a number of things. One of the more common problems is a "flow" problem. Try cleaning out your filter. If it is this type of problem, the flow switch is not sensing proper amount of water flow.
Thanks for the information. I believe low pressure was the problem as I released the bleed valve on the filter several times and air came out. I think I turned the heater on too quickly after having cleaned the filter and must have had air in the pipes. Seems to be fine now. Much appreciated. Tony
