Razor MX500 Dirt Rocket Repair Shop in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.?? According to Throttle handle readout battery is fully charged and reads green. But red light burning bright just above on throttle handle. Dont know what this means but scooter will not engage when turned on and speed throttle is twisted on handle bars for normal use
