Report "RCA HDTV will not start R56WH78 Will not turn on, green light turns on for 10 sec then goes out. Original problem was the blinking(x3) light and the squeal that went with the light. Already replaced the 3 caps. and replaced the HOT (which stopped the squealing with blinking light). Now when I am going through the troubleshooting manual. 1.) DP220-C gets 7.6 volt :) IP250-3 +5.06 volt :) DP240-c +3.49 volt :) 2.) DP211-A goes high (from 92mV to 4.27 volts) 3.) TP210-C power applied: +5.05volt turn on set: 35mV I am assuming that this is the "low" and that I need to be troubleshooting the deflection shutdown. But now I do not know what the HV splitter is? and I am supposed to disconnect it"
