I bought the RCA RP5430 clock radio 3 years back in the USA. Back in India, I connected it directly to the 220V power supply and sure enough, it went dead after a few seconds!! I showed it to the local repair shop and the technicial said that the transformer, TIN HING U2812-093-045E might have burst. To get this re-winded, we do not know the secondary output. Could you please help me with the specification for this transformer? Can I put a 220V primary transformer with the correct secondary output in lieu of this?
