RE: DT 10969 Bella vista 5 purchased 2009. I just bought house with this tub in Master bath. The LED control panel blinks 2 out of 4 dots on the bubles control. Also it sounds like a motor is cycling on and off continuously. Any help?

It sounds as if the relay is not latching on the circuit board for that tub. You probably want to have a Jacuzzi service tech come and take a look at it.
