Re Model 108526-01 There was what appears to have been a special screw in the center of the drive sprocket assembly. This has dropped out and the chain has derailed. Is this, in fact, a special part or can I quickly grab one at the local hardware store? If unable to buy locally, what is the part number and how do I obtain one (and maybe a spare)?

Are you speaking of the adjust ment screw or the bolt that holds the bar on, regadless here is a web page that will direct you to a dealer who carries the chainsaw parts.
