Rear air conditioner pump
The rear pump for the air conditioning in my 2004 Navigator is making thumping noises (not able to turn over?), and thus there is no air coming out of the rear vents. Please advise if this problem can be solved by purchasing parts or do I need to take the vehicle to the dealership?

I had the same problem and i just took off the cup holder and the tray thats on the back were the thumoing came from and took off that part that was making the noise and my rear ac started working again that part was just for the rear ac control but you can still turn it on from the front!
