Rear brake and rear turn signals not working
The rear turn signals and brake lights do not work, I have replaced bulbs and circuit boards, also checked fuses. I can not figure out what is causing this, when I wiggle harness that goes into circuit board one light goes on another off. I'm stumped and driving unsafe any helps appreciated.

I think it's poor grounding. How is the grounding on the body? Mainly bulbs get ground from the body. Check it out.
"...one light goes on another off." is the clue. The problem is either
* a break in the harness or harness connector; or
* a loose contact in the circuit board connector; or
* a crack in a trace on the circuit board; or
* poor grounding.
You may need a magnifying glass to find a circuit crack, and a small soldering iron to fix it.
