Loosen the emergency brake cable to give more clearance for the drum to fit. Also, be sure the wheel cylinder is pushed in all the way to allow clearance.
it is late and we got the tire on for now - do we need to bleed the brakes first ? it seems that the line is in the way, too. anyway, we are going to bed now and will check tomorrow.
