Rear driver's door will not open from inside
We replaced the interior rear driver's door handle a few months ago. It worked fine, then one day a friend pulled on it alittle hard and it hasn't opened from the inside since. We have taken the door panel off and the handle is not broken and will move the metal bar, but will not open the door. The child lock is not engaged either.

The linkage from inner handle to latch release could be out of adjustmernt or some of the plastic clips have there threads ripped out. Do a test first. compare the amount of effort resistance felt on the good door
