receive after it runs thru all my folders I get an error message saying "failed to send email messages." If I get a new email it downloads it and the error message does not appear. If I send a message, the message does get sent, but I still get the same error message

Delete your email settings and start over. If I am right, you just recently changed or setup this account..???
- make sure your using the most current settings.
GOOGLE - outlook settings for GMAIL or what ever provider your entering in. You may have had some issue at setup.
