1. Check the authencation box in the account setting in Outlook. If you see the box " this account requires authentication check then uncheck it 2. Delete all the email message in the Outbox / restart Outlook 3. see if you can put Outlook in "work offline" and then delete the messages in the "Outbox" Please provide more information as to your issue./
