Received the Baby Born Doll, the swimmer. Put new batteries in it, and I can't figure out how to turn her on, to see if the batteries work, or if something is wrong with the doll. I got it from a friend. Her daughter was too old for it now

There are sensors on her. She will only work when immersed in water. As far as I know, there is no on/off switch. Just put her in water.
