Receiver dosen't pick up line that is ringing
When I have a incoming call, I must press the line button to answer. On the other phones in the office it is not necessary to press the line button to answer the incoming call. How do I program my phone to do the same.

There's nothing in the manual that says anything about not being able to answer a call when your telephone is ringing, so the probable answer is that your phone is not ringing.
Have someone call you on the intercom and pick up your handset. If it answers, then you need to turn on ringing on the lines. I believe a FEAT 00 and some programming will let you make the lines ring to your set.
