Recently bought & installed Roxio 2011 on Windows XP and it worked fine. Upgraded laptop to Windows 7. Roxio stopped working. Uninstalled all Roxio programs and reinstalled Roxio Creator 2011. No problems with installation. Still won't work. Get error "Roxio Creator has stopped working" immediately at startup

If you are getting the error at startup, roxio service might not started or disabled. What you can try to do is to enable all roxio service. refer to the steps below.
- click start > run - type services.msc - look for all roxio service i.e roxwatch.db - double click it then select the startup type to automatic - save the changes then restart computer

I am experiencing the same problem, though I never tried it with Windows XP. I purchased it, installed it (no problems there) and when I attempt to launch the program it says "Roxio Creator has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried a repair. I have tried all of your different suggestions, but the problem persists. I cannot find any other forums listing solutions for this problem. Any other ideas?
