Recently bought new vizio 40" tv and tried to move the tv the other day, like adjust its position on the stand and the tv stand plastic cracked.can i get a replacement?

On the back of your TV near the center there are 4 threaded holes in a square shape, these are known as Vesa mounting holes for TV stands and Wall brackets, you can get an after market stand, just measure the hole spacing on the back of your TV for example 100 x 100mm or 200 x 200mm etc, and buy a stand with the matching hole spacing.
