Recently had Huskystarn E10 serviced. Now I am unable to load the bobbin. It tries to wind but for some reason the bobbin will not turn. Thank you for any help.

Call the shop and tell them that since they serviced the machine, the bobbin will not wind.
Ask to have this fixed while you wait and not leave the machine.
