Recently whenever we try to watch a recorded item on our dvr or try and rewind a live segment the show acts very jumpy and then eventually freezes. Nothing we do can change the frozen picture changing channels and try to turn off the Satelite doesn't work. The only way to unfreeze the dvr is to reset it By holding the power button on the actual reciever. This is very annoying please help

Are you still having problems with your DVR receiver? Try unplugging the receiver for 10 seconds and plugging back in. The receiver will reboot and acquire satellite signal. If this doesn't fix the problem there may be an issue with the receiver. I hope this helps.
