Recoil starter pulley not retracting starter string. How do I replace it?
Looked this up and may have got model wrong. I believe I need to replace the recoil starter pulley as string not retracting. I have dismantled motor but am unable to get to the part I think is not working. I think I need to remove the clutch to access it but am not sure how to do this.
