I would like to record a new message for the Auto Attendant. I have recorded a message everywhere I am able, but when I call in, the old Auto Attendant message is still there. I am also confused about programming direct extensions for the auto attendant. I and a co-worker have literally spend hours trying everything remotely related in the manual with no success. What am I doing wrong?
