Red and Green lights both stay on AW1200 and now
Red and Green lights both stay on Xante AW1200 and now both lights out. Could temperature be too cold? It is 43 degrees but I have heat on

The temperature in my office was 38 degrees yesterday. After I turned the heat up the printer "dethawed" and started working normally. I believe the problem was environmentally induced and therefore solved with the more moderate temperature. Thank you for your reply.
