Red light on
Have a HAP725 air purifier, i have changed the charcoal and regular filters, but the HEPA red light is still on...what does that mean? and how can i get it turned off?

The unit probably needs to be reset. cause what's happening is that it's not recognizing that the filters are clean. there should be a tiny pin hole at the top of the unit. when the unit is on you need to put a small needle in there and hold for about 5 seconds and the unit should reset. if that doesn't work please please let me know and i will see what else we can do.
