Once I wanted to play on my x-box360 and the light turned RED then it turned off so I tried agian and the same thing happened. After I checked the wires and they were good. After 3 weeks the same thing happened so then we sainded a card to the compony. 2 weeks later we got a box to put the x-box in but you don't put the top part in.After a month we got the X-BOX 360 BACK.
