Red spots I'm having the same problem with my Maxent flat screen. The screen appears with red spots. How do I fix it? [email protected] I have a 2006 Maxent HD TV model # p420142x3 and I have red dots all over the top and bottom and some in the middle when the screen is black how do I get rid of them?

What you can do is take off the back pannel and there is a cord on the top of the board that looks like a computer board, there are many boards in the TV but the one I am talking about is twords the bottom where the video jacks plug in to the TV. Ok once you have located the pannel there is a cord on the top kinda tword the right side, it is many wires inside a black covering. What you need to do is just simply unplug it and plug it back in, do this as many times to try to get it to work. If that doesn;t work you can replace the cord and if that doesn't work then the screen is out and would cost WAY too much to fix, you could buy you a new name brand TV.
