All of a sudden the one headrest DVD player shows a blue screen with red "welcome" in plain text rather than the background image start screen (the other one works as it should). Once it's "loaded" the screen goes blank (but lit, so white) with "media" in the top right corner. I've pressed buttons and tried to change media/views and nothing. The DVD spins but nothing appears. I can't find any information on it. They are factory installed (2012 Ford Explorer, purchased in 2011). It seems like it needs to be reset or something, but I haven't an idea on how to go about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
