Reebok rx3000 treadmill. panel lights up fine. 2 of the 10 speed buttons will not imput and the start button will not start the treadmill. checked the power panel. led lights to voltage light up fine, but the pwm and tach light do not. i think its the power board itself, but i could use better advice than my own

It is two items in this case. The light on the PWM will light if you force the belt to move. I would start with a lower board replacement. If it works fine then you need a new console. I have seen this when people use the heart touch bars on the treadmill and get a static shock. this can ruin the console.
