Refigerator is not cooling below 60deg, it is set at 44. The freezer works perfect (-2). the condenser had not been cleaned in a couple of years. I vacuumed it then used EasyOff oven cleaner on the coils to clean it along with a tooth brash

Sounds like your fan (in the freezer) has quit working. This fan is supposed to send cold air from the freezer to the refrigerator.
check and see if it's running.
