First off all check that both the doors are properly closed. If the doors are not closing properly then the unit will not get cold.Other thing to check is the door seals. If the door seals are worn out then it needs to be re-adjusted or replaced if it looks improper. But if both the door seals and door is proper then the other thing to check is the evaporator coils. In the unit there is evaporator coil.If the ice is got overfreezed in the evaporator coil then the bottom unit will not get cold but the upper unit will get over cooled. In this problem the unit needs to be unplugged from power and defrosted for at least 24 hours minimum. This will help. But if defrosting does not make any difference then other electrical parts such as compressor, compressor relay, and compressor fan needs to be checked. For getting required parts you can get it fromthe on-line site likewww.repairclinic.com Thanks. keep updated for any more query.you can rate this solution andshow your appreciation.
