If you want to play the region-locked DVD, you can just need to download a piece of region free player software without changing the region code constantly. You can try Leawo Blu-ray Player which is a region-free Blu-ray and DVD player and it's free to use.
To change your Region Code click Start- Computer - right click DVD Drive - Properties - Hardware Tab - Click on the DVD Drive on the list of hardware then click on Properties button - click on DVD Region Tab - choose your country then click ok button - click apply button then ok on the previous window - restart computer.
Note: Region Codes can only be change up to 5 times.
