I have a Reiker ceiling fan heater unit the receiving unit in the fan is no longer working Reiker cover this under warranty but you must have a receipt which I have lost so they won't sell me the part to fix it. When I've called numerous times I am told they can't do anything without a receipt and say there is no place to get parts, and they won.t let me talk to any supervisors. Does anyone have an idea on where I could get parts. I don't want to throw out a $350.00 fan for a $20.00 part
