Report "reinstall all players,and erasing cookies,caches,etc.And trying to obtain help from Adobe also resulted in chasing my tail.All in all,I have spent nearly 40 hrs.of troubleshooting.BTW,I am running Windows 7,64 bit.The only error that I might have made is trying to enlarge picture from my keyboard.My wife and I are sick and tired of watching a little picture.BTW,full screen on any other site is OK.Could this be something as simple as keyboard adjustment?
