reinstalled Align cartridge,When I press ok,says cannot use cassette, load ASF I loaded and still wont print
Will not allow me to proceed with cartridge alignment - when I try to reset, after a while it goes back to wrong cartridge! Using the same cartridges I've used for years - they are correct

That model use a counter chip in every cartridge, are you sure the cartridges are new and originals?
