Report "Relay starter The self start does not work and the head light,meter lights are also not functional.some times the head light and the meter light starts working and then agian come back to the same position. The battery indication of low battery starts glowing after use of sidew indicators. i HAVE come to the conclusion that the starter relay is defective. I am right? or provide the right solution"
