Relocating my extension
I have a Vodavi phone. I need to move my phone to a new port and transfer my extention. My user guide says to dial 636 and the extension being transferred. I get a busy tone and the line does not transfer. The guide says a station lock may not allow this change. How do I know if there is a station lock and how can I disable it?

The reason it doesn't transfer is because there is an extension plugged into the jack you are trying to transfer to. Unplug and do it again. If this is helpful, please post as such.
