We have a 42' insignia tv and cannot get volume control to work on our remote , the insignia remote won't work, and we also tried a universal remote and can't get that to work with the tv. But the universal remote will work with everything else. The universal will work with the insignia communication. I suspect there is something wrong with the sensor in our tv. What can we do about this?
