remote just stop working
It was working fine until recently I tried turning it on and it attempted to come on then it just stopped. It don't appear to be getting power. Is there a fuse behind the panel that may need to be replaced? Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.

Throw it out on the street when a bus runs over it file for insurance and get a new one. tell the insurance company you where having a city bonfire in your front yard and the bus jumped the curb. You know city slicker folk in those tall buildings don't know any better.
My heat n glow gas fireplace stopped working- got the pilot light lit and ran when I turned the switch on and then just pooped out. Pilot still going strong, but nothing happens when I turn it to "on".....

I had the same problem with mine and my daughter told me in order for the heater to work the fireplace has to be turned on first..and ya it worked...but now it is gone again..and the firplace works but no heat or fan
