Hi there this is Kimberly Escobar with DISH Network. Just ran across your post and would like to provide you with information that may help you with this issue. If you just changed batteries on your remote and now is not responding one of the thing you would need to check is make sure batteries are inserted correctly (they all go in the same way). The remote may need to be readdressed to the receiver box, bring up the System Info screen on your T.V were receiver box is at, you can do this by pressing Sys info on the front of the receiver or taking the smart card out of the receiver. Once the System info screen is up press and hold the SAT button located at the top of the remote for 5 seconds enter a number between 1-15 followed by the pound key (#) and record 3 times. After this try your remote it should work.
