Remove and replace a hand held shower head hose in whirl pool
My hand held shower head hose leaks where it joins with the water faucet. I was thinking of replacing it. How do I remove the retractable hose from the whirlpool. Each end of the hose has a large connector that stops it from being able to pull it through the hole in the whirlpool where the hose passes.
Do I remove the plate on the whirlpool where the hose feeds through or is there a way to remove the large connecters at the end of the hose so that. I have tried to remove both the connectors and the plate and can't figure out how to do it.

Hey Rick........the connectors are just large nuts at each end of the hose. If you remove one of the connectors there should be a a ring slipped around a grooved part of the hose with a plate. If you remove the clip the plate should slide off enabling you to remove the hose. Let me know if you need any more help.
