Remove bottom front panel AEG 6081
How do I remove the bottom front panel on an AEG 6081 Favorit dishwasher? The lower screws have a strange head - a philips head screwdriver doesn't work nor do allen keys - looks like the screw heads have been burred/damaged but they have never been touched before.
The upper screws on the bottom panel look ok but are obstructed by the door. Can't seem to get at them.
I want to get to the pump (I had a code 30 error) and I've read on the web thata common problem is a blockage in the pump.

Before you take the pump out, if drain hose goes into a spigot on the sink trap, take drain hose off and check hose and spigot are not blocked. this is very common.
can't remember anything special about the screws - used to be philips head but may have changed to multi-spline.the top ones are indeed obscured by the door panel but you can normally get to them with a stubby screwdriver or take the outer door panel off - just a few screws
