Remove gauge cluster from 1994 eagle vision
None of the gauges work, neither does the overhead display and fan for the AC/heater. Had strong electrical smell when all the above stopped working. I believe the problem to be with the gauge cluster and need to know how to remove them for inspection and repair.

I do not think that this is your problem ,if you smelled some wires burning you had a short under the dash or something , I very rarelly seen clusters go bad find your short first , this may also be why your lights are not working right either
